Default Do TOM TOM's give your speed?

ie like Road Angels do?

My dads just got one but I can't take it out in my car till Monday to give it a go (traffic is at a standstill on the island cos of the festival lol)

I've just loaded the speed camera pack on there, looks good so far on the demo

Compare Speedo, Tom Tom and RoadPilot Micro and the speedo is way out. 1mph between TT and RP.

I always use Tomtom for my speed - same as I used to on the Road Angel.

My cossie on 18" wheels, the GPS is spot on with the speedo, with 17" wheels the speedo reads 3-4 mph different and with the Evo, the speedo is 6-7 mph out.

if i had one here i'd show you how to turn it on, but i don't so i'll remember how to do it
go to the properties section, then you've got one that says things like settings or something
you get oads of options there from how to display the speed to how many satalites you want and warnings for congestion charge etc
its one of them
