Stu, I know you do a fair bit of turbo diesel tuning, but have you any experience of the 5litre V10 turbo diesel like in some Phaetons and Tourags?

313bhp and 550lbft as standard, any idea what itd be with a bit of your magic?

A decent remap should give another 30-40 bhp and another 50 -70 lb/ft.

What a beast of an engine...............!

one hell of an engine, think it was top gear where they used a tourag and towed an iirc 10 tonne john deere combine harvester.

i bet they go for cheap money too. I remember being at brunters seeing them testing before they were out. VW have restricted that engine due to transmission probs though.
