Sent off the V5 for an address change, 5 months they've had it and I need it the end of this month to tax the G/F's car. First, they lost it, so we paid for a replacement, they claimed they've sent it....bollocks. Now they say its on the system, but we have no paperwork.

How the bastid flamin buggery can I tax the car without it?
