I've never stopped over the winter!! Bloody part-timers!
I'm waiting to start my new job at the moment, so I've had plenty of time to get out... Been mainly 20+ miler XC rides though
I'd love to learn to jump properly, preferebly before I get to Morzine in July!
Any tips? You look quite handy!!
Neil.
PS just you watch Keith B post loads of pics of his bone-dry californian trails!!

Enjoy a nice ride around my area as i'm surrounded by country side which is ace, and as the clutch cable on my RS is about to die I think I'll spend the next few evenings on my bike rather thank risking taking my car out

I've not been out for three months +, mainly due to my shameful lack of maintenance on my Kona Kula. Got the bits I need on the shopping list, and also thinking of building my old P7 up into a single speed to nip around on

Youre talking to a lad with a separated shoulder here! I can write books on getting it wrong
I basically squash them... I know I shouldn't, but I cant help it
I'm thinking about maybe building a few doubles myself and starting small before heading up to the local spot:
I think those big buggers will forever be out of my reach though!!!!
Excuse the gimp in the pic, it was the best google could come up with!!!

Team HOTHOT!
I really need to get back on a bike - not been on one for 7 years, since i had a bad accident and smashed my shoulder in bits, and ended up wrapping the bike round a tree in a forest
Used to love going out at the weekend and finding the steepest hill and dirtiest tracks I could find

Stuff that size? You're on your bloody own there!!!
I'll keep chipping away at it - there's some smaller stuff there I can work up to
Cheers for the offer though!! FOD sounds like a bloody long way from middlesbrough like!

While were on the subject, what does it mean if theres a very slight sideways movement in the rear tyre? bearing or something? i rememeber its been like this for some time but got it out last week for the first time in a year and its still the same but it goes fine anyway

yeah sounds like rear bearings need lookin at mate!
if its not that then perhaps the free hub is on its way!
(the bit the rear cogs sit on, and stay still and clicks when the wheel is spinning)
