Default Crank grinds and oversize bores. what power ok to? Updated..

what power would it be ok to go to,
IF you had +1mm pistons
or does it not make too much difference?

Pee Vee,

Mate of mine had his engine on a .75 crank and Mark at MAD said he would not want to push more then 330 bhp through it and tbh neither would I.

Yes they are, if its a nice new fresh block.

If its a really tired old block thats been fatigued for 150K though its obviously a TOTALLY different story and impossible to predict!

For 330bhp though, you can pretty much get away with anything it seems if its built right!

right just been told it needs to go to .5 on the mains
and either polished or .25 on big ends (assume .25 for now)

is it a 'risk' going to 400 bhp with this crank??

any advice would be great thanks!!
