right, over a month ago i paid around 279 quid for a new head unit via paypal

still got nothing but the woman says she has prof of postage which i have still yet to see, asked for my money back but no replies for ages

is there anyway via ebay or paypal i can recover my money ?

first time ive been messed about on fleebay

did you pay for this?
was it offered?
if the answer is yes to any of these then you can get your money back the woman can go and shout at the post office
otherwise it's a bit tricky
been stung like this on ebay, have the prrof that i sent stuff, the other guy says he hasn't recived it
and then says he has recived some of it
ebay were a bit crap on that one

Phone her!
Makes a huge difference than just emailing
If you havn't got a phone number then get it from Ebay!
How did she say she had sent it as anyone in their right mind would send an item like that via Special Delivery or at least recorded delivery either of which will have a tracking number! If she can't give you one of those or says she has sent it any other way that is traceable then she is lying
Get her on the phone as i said at the start man!

and open up a despute with her via paypal if you aint allready, she has to reply then its all recorded by paypal, if she dont reply or keeps fobbing you off, paypal should give you your cash back, hopefully
