Default urgent conversion needed,please

I am putting my cossie head back on and burton have told me the ARP stud and nut kit is torqued down to 135lb,but our wrench is in newton meters
Am i right in thinking this is 183nm ?????

183 is correct but the torque wrench dont seem to like it much ,at 160 it seems damn tight
