Default ladders

have posted something similar under builders threads but to get a better response i have chanegd the title.

i desperately need to get a good set of extendable ladders capable of holding up to 200kg.

see plenty in the usual diy places but they onely seem to hold a maximum of 150.

any ideas ?

200kg? they won't last you very long the rate you are gaining it mate...what about trying for 250kg...

about the diy places though, ladders are designed for one person...who normally wouldn't make 150kg... you'd need the whole of my family on the rungs to get there

Industrial Grade One is only good for 175kg. Better than 150kg though.

I've had a grade 2 (light trade) for 20 years and never bent it, but I'm not 188kg....

Prices here look good (only Ł10 + vat delivery),
