WOW how much better does my car run now......
well i took the plunge last week and threw a load of cash at stu at msd for his closed loop set up with black 83lb injectors-fitted the lamda and wired the stuff up and the air injector driver and what a difference-i have only started it up at the mo,but its so much smoother on idle from cold than the old greys were.im impressed and i havent even been out in it yet.
stu wrote a 22psi limit onto it until he has mapped the car properly,but i feel the need to take her out for a run-watch this space.............

hmmmmmmm not quite as expected.will have to look into it tomorrow.just holding back like mad and wont rev up under any load,but revs up when stationary.if you hold it at 2500 rpm or so it seems lumpy and holding back but if you give it a big rev it will rev off the clock.
i fitted a new set of leads and cap at same time as doing all the other stuff-have to check it.
now i know why paul at north yorks is considering a skyline!!!!

If it's a temporary map then it probably wants tweaking a little. Get it back to Stu and see if he can do a couple of adjustment to make it run better until you can get it mapped.

gtot my head in gear this morning on a mission to sort it out,but it fired up sweet as a nut and drove great up and down the road,until it had warmed up properly then it started to be a bit hesitant but nothing like yesterday-it can actually be driven,so im thinking it may be the map.its booked into stu on 26th but will have a chat with him on tuesday hopefully.
may just go and get some more optimax and take it for a bit of a run,nice and easy-
