Default +1mm rebore

is a +1mm rebore on a 200 block ok and will standard pistons be ok with bigger rings

yes to the rebore , absolutely no to the bigger rings!!! You need matching +1mm oversize pistons!!

how the hell would you expect that to work?

get pistons with the rings to match the +1 bores

1mm overbore, depends on power level and how long you want it to last... I opted for a complete new block rather than +1mm

I also second that its like saying you are going to fit a 17" tyre on a 13 rim
