My missus has had me doing alsorts today.. I feel abused
Silicon around the bath, fitting shelves, light switches, bulbs, fitting bathroom furniture, trips to the dump, all this even thou I went to work this morning!

Yes, I spent the day constructing the lowered floor for our new shower tray, which will be flush with the tiled floor.

DIY represents about 98.5% of our spare time these days.

I've got nail pops to fill and paint tomorrow and a garden full off weeds to harvest... wah fooking hoo ... thats after I finish a days work

The garden is Beccy's department. She is a right David Bellamy these days.

This year we are only growing 10 Tomato plants and 3 Cucumber plants!!

(thats compared to the 57 Tomato plants she successfully grew last year )

Got a corner plot with potential for a 4 car garage but I'm not sure whether to do it it or not (adding to the mortgage)

yep, last week stripped my kitchen, built the new units, then got them fitted by a fitter, yesterday painted the kithcne, laid the new flooringing then in the afternoon laid the new flooring in the hallway,

got a load to do today as well

Sounds just like me that Paul. . . and she's got more of the same planned too ! She's preggers too, due end July. There are some electrical jobs to do but i'm an electrician and can't be arsed to do jobs in my own house for some strange reason

dont talk to me about fucking diy, been fucking doing it since i left my job on thursday

ive ripped me fireplace out aswell as hammered the concrete heath and im now waiting for the concrete to dry aswell as preparing the kicthen for its new units


thats what shes gonna have me do next week until friday when she will give me a day to work on the cossie


PS: my sink seems tobe blocked since i emptied the remains of the bucket in there,,,,,,,,,,, so when ive had a rest im gona be unblocking that crap too
