Phone last week to insure the burd's new Punto. I got some daft burd in India who couldn't understand a word I was saying and made an arse of the certificate!!!!
Why are so many call centres in India? Whats the fucking point?
If I wanted to insure an INDIAN car..... I'll know who to phone.

lol, because over there they work for like 50p a day 
and the big rich fat bastards that own these companys decide they want more money so they move them over there lol shite I know but what can u do!!!

its amazing how the insurance companys go on about rising costs that make your premiums go up, but when they get cheap labour to do the job the premiums still don't go down! the insurance industry should be nationalised ,run by one company only to cut out all the greedy cnts
