Its official.......
...my brand new fuel pressure reg from Stu was wanked 
How lucky was i to have all the right gear to find this out or bye bye engine Got the gauge showing about 25psi idle and about 37psi with pipe off..gauge cant be accurate unless placing a metre or so away from the rail may be why....tried adjusting reg but it dont like to run on the correct gauge figures and on boost runs 9.8 on the AFR so back to factory setting and it now goes around 11.2 (previously it was 14 
) but i am only on 22psi so hoping she goes to around 11.5 afr on 32psi flat out 
...I can not get CO at idle below 11.6 afr (adjusting via L8 co screw)...which is way too rich about 7% i think!...So work to continue...runs lovery though and shifts abit
What power do i have do you think at 22psi?

Okay, just to keep you happy I'll reply 
Personally, when changing something as critical as that, I'd have it done along with a checkup/setup.
Stu's service is excellent - as always, and short of testing all such parts (not that practical and would put parts prices through the roof!), could do no more Same as if you sold a set of injectors that turned out to be faulty.

On the CO front, are you sure the trim screw is actually working? You don't need me to tell you it's common for this to fail.

Just spoke to Karl and i have my instructions to sort everything from CO to fuel pressure to FAST ..
May i add too that i have had NO trouble whatsoever getting hold of him Great customer service on what is an off the shelf map to a complete novice
