hi, firstly you should not have apid £90 for your statements. they have conned you, but no worries you can claim that back. your next stage is to take them to court go to www.consumercorner.co.uk and in the forum there is all the help you need

is this the sort of thing i can claim back?

i hate the bastards as they gave me a loan on the understanding i paid off my card and the limit went down from £3000 to £500.they gave me the loan and then upped my limit to £4200 instead which of course i eventually ran up again-
never do it again but detest paying them anything each month !

hi, dont worry about the ombudsan rubbish its just a standard reply to fob you off. just ignore them. carry on with your calims as normal. stick with it and you will have your money back soon enough

any problems or questions just go to www.consumercorner.co.uk.

hi they are not the quickest but they are the same as the rest they will pay. this is the law we are talking about they do not have a choice.

just as way of a little proof one of our members was claiming £18,000 (now they say they cannot afford to defend these claims) they bartered for days just before the hearing and got as far as 90% of the claim when we still said no sod off. they backed off and apid 100% all credit to the member for sticking it out and trusting us though

as for credit cards 1000's of people have succesfully claimed back the charges, the circumstances and laws are the same as for banks, catalogues, loans, mortgages, ppi, erp's etc. etc. even cancelled contracts

hi, its not a matter of them being the hardest which they aren't by the way.

it is all easy with all of them. we have standard replies to their standard replies even preformatted responses to their defences.

it is just a matter of time before they pay. and they will pay

I ordered the statements via the phone from Barclays about a month ago and immediately sent the letter to the local bank but with my own twist on it. About 2-3 weeks ago i received a letter of acknowledgement saying i will hear from them by the 8th of November.

Got the letter on the other day (8th) and they offered me £390, i claimed for £750. The letter basically states that they disagree and also another paragrath that i knew the terms and conditions when i joined but they then say HOWEVER, we will offer £390 as offer of goodwill to end the matter.

I can't be bothered to send another letter but a number is provided, so would it be worth a go on the phone or shall i just sign the form for and stick with the offer? What about the a meeting with the bank manager is that worth a go?

they will not offer you anymore money now tell them to sod off. why are you giving them £350??? the amount of work you need to put in to get the rest is about half an hour so £750 an hour aint bad. or are you a bank manager

Just finished filing a small claims against the RBS, as they dared to challenge me with a paltry offer of £420 out of £3391

They now owe me another £834.39 in interest too!!

Let you know how I get on!!
