This has become a piss take. how can someone be allowed to take £35 from PF members and get treated like this. Rolls do you think we should make a post and tell others about RS Nuts and his total lack of interest in getting these seat covers. Other peeps have had a refund So why cant we have one. NOT HAPPY

this particular post has been going since March 2nd Jim.
Tony last replied to a topic yesterday at 11:55am, and has been on nearly every day previously (bar a week).
I'm not attacking Tony as every dealing I have had with him he has been absolutely spot on - totally sound bloke imo.
However, a lack of reply from any mods or admin, or Tony himself seems very bizarre when this post has been around for a while, and previously there have been complaints over the course of at least a year.
I'm sure these guys have a right to start getting shirty, who like paying something for nothing?

I know Pete, wasn't suggesting it's any wrong doing by yourself of any other mod (or Tony for that matter), BUT Tony is the "official passionford merchandiser" and as such, someone with some authority ought to comment imo.
But yeah fair point, not really your place to comment as its nothing at all to do with you - looking into it though im sure would be appreciated

What I am going to do is pay everyone back their money (with interest) - lose over £500 myself - as this was paid to Simon when I got it, and then persue it off the board.
I have everyones details on the database and will be emailing to make sure you all still live at the same addresses its been that long.
Next time I do something like this I will make sure the products are designed and in stock first.... you live and learn.

I approached a company who can make tailored to fit seat covers, asked them if they could do us some one off Pf specials.
They aggreed.
I posted a thread and people paid, I collected the money and paid it to the company upfront. Then learned because of the diversity of the range of vehicles they didn't have patterns for all. Then the original company I did the deal with was sold to a managenent buy out. Had to re negotiate to carry on the deal with the new owners, which they agreed to. They diversified most of their work to clothing (which is their main core business) so getting them to act with speed was now difficult, but they kept on promising me. The change in management didn't work out (after 2 years) and was finally bought back by the original people I did the deal with - who still remembered us. I was promised it would be done and took their word for it ...

I have NO problems with giving people their money back (plus interest)... still want to sort some seat covers out for Pf... but will make sure I have sight of all products before trying again.
