Go and buy a new sump plug and knock the old one out with a chisel or if you have a welder just tack a bit of steel on it

take it to a garage ask them to weld a nut onto the plug. ask them to just crack it loose so you can do the oil change when you get home

Either weld a nut on top or get a hammer and punch and make a edge on the bolt head and use the hammer and punch to knock it around worked loads of times for me. on various things.

Ive had it happen twice before on my TD mondeo

When you put the new sump plug in dont use a metal washer as thats what causing it to seize up, put a fibre one in instead and it wont be a problem again
