Help cant undo sump plug......

Need to do an oil change on me escort turbo diesel but the bloody thread on the nut is fooked so cant undo it.i cant even get a good grip with mole grips either as the sump gets in way not like good old cvh 1s which are all flat and not weird shapes
. any ideas how to get it off as it needs oil change as god knows how long the oils been in there

Either weld a nut on top or get a hammer and punch and make a edge on the bolt head and use the hammer and punch to knock it around worked loads of times for me. on various things.

Ive had it happen twice before on my TD mondeo
When you put the new sump plug in dont use a metal washer as thats what causing it to seize up, put a fibre one in instead and it wont be a problem again
