Licence for 3 years, DVLA database for 4 (i think)

i got points in april 2001 when will they come off ?

3 years on licence for totting up purposes
4 years for removal
5 years on database
except in the instance of drink driving or death by dangerous driving, which carry an automatic 10 year holding on your licence

they expired in 2004 aned will come off in 2005
except for DD or Death by dangerous
