engine bay wiring "tidy up"

Default engine bay wiring "tidy up"

As above i am trying to find a company that sells nylon webbing type sleeving that i believe is used for injector looms,

slides over wiring run hot air gun down it tidys up wiring no end!

I can find anyone that sells it though cry:

or any recommendations as to tidying up my wiring under the bonnet!

yeah, shame the link if FOR THE MOST EXPENSIVE SUPPLIER

try farnell mate as there cheeper ASWELL as have more to choose from

rick supirsingly enough i know what im talking about

the stuff from VWP/RS/Farnell has a melting point of 110C hardly high is it (the braid they sell is polyester based)

plus the weave on the braid is very loose and doesnt cover the wires all that well.



i spent several months of reasearch trying different brands and weave counts

For purely a cosmetic appearence its ok, but why not have it so it serves a purpose as well as looking good

the best stuff to use is megamide. but its only available in reels.

i.e not off the reel.

you could cover it in heatproof tape, or in PVC sleeving which also has a much higher temp rating.
