Default Retro Rides.

Shame about what happened to the that Volvo. Everyone flocked to it like a pack of seagulls, Ignoring the show and the track climbing. The car looked standard except the alloys. Looked like an everyday driver for a family. Then all of a sudden the rain came down thick and fast. Not sure of engine or electrical fire. But started at the engine bay and all of a sudden it lit up

I dont even think the car was on display, wont like to be in the drivers shoes not having anyway to get home.

Ive no idea what your talking about but it sounds like a car in the car park on fire was more interesting than the show. It must have been s pretty dull show!

I went with my neighbour. He was on stand with the MK2 Astra GTE club. I say Wiltshire classic Ford stand. They had about 5 cars there.

I've never heard of the show until recently. It seems to be the place high performance cars see how good they are at hillclimbing.

I saw lots of Fords and plenty of RS car were there too.

There was a lot of bloody good cars there, Lots of chavy looking cars but most were old tidy examples. I'd say each stand has at least 1 car that would look at home in a scrapyard.

I took 30 pictures of different cars, But 4 pics of an awesome looking Audi Quattro.

Me and Fraser were there in the Saphs, saw the carnage that was left,......shame.
We also went up the hill climb 3 times in the morning before it proceeded to bucket it down.

That rain though, If the owner had arrived shortly before the rain and had his bonnet up it, makes you wonder if it would have happened. It absolutely hammered it down. God knows how people managed to get their cars off the fields.

The roads surrounding the event flooded in several areas and water was rushing down from uphill.
