Default Camera Vans

Am I right in thinking that they are only active when they are stationary?

What devices detect these?

a good pair of eyes

usually, by the time you see em, if your speeding, your fukked

BUT if you do get caught, contest it as they are not very reliable and give the wrong readings a lot of the time

I don't think anything detects these as the just film you over a set distance.

No radar/laser AFAIK

Could be wrong though!

So, are you saying that the Yellow vans could potentially get you if you pass them on a Dual Carriageway going 20mph faster than they are, for example?

Now who would edit that?

If you did, that would be worth framing the picture and speed printed on it

ANPR - Automatic Number Plate Recognition

Not Speed Camera vans which I assume we're discussing

I didn't assume - I just answered "Camera Vans" as the thread title suggested.

But if your specifically on about speed cameras then a speed check could be done via VASCAR if it is working in the van - and that can be done on the move
