dont quote me but i would asume ford as they want you to order through them. i have heard a few people mention to me that they are aval at car supermarkets and they tend to be in the know. i would rather save some money and wait anyway

Chances are the brokers car will be a European import, Belgium or similar, exactly the same car with possibly higher spec, but you get a good saving.

Brokers are salesman mate - I deal with them all day at work and they will tell anyone anything to secure a sale, irrespective of whether they have or can get a car then or not.

They can come out with all the bullshit they want, until they've physically got a car it's all hot air !!!! Take it with a pinch of salt and tell them to ring you when there's a car you can touch.

A popular car like that is no real risk for them to buy in - when it comes in stock then buy it, until then I'd go with the Ford dealer who has direct access to factory stock.

Well, the Ford dealer that dad has ordered his ST2 from said
they are built to order.
(dad has got to wait another 6 weeks but was initially told 12 weeks)

However, to get round this, Some ford dealers make up some
'micky mouse' customer name, So they can have one or possibly
2 STs for a customer to buy 'in stock' so to speak.

so yes, Both stories you are being told in a sense are correct mate!
(far as i can make out!)
as some 'brokers' would be ford franchise?
