Hi everyone I'm currently restoring my moonstone 3dr. I will have the car back to the shell for painting and I'm thinking of replacing the engine loom with a new one.
Should I keep it as ford intended or go for a wasted spark setup? I know this will be more reliable and eliminate misfires but maybe oe is the way to stay?
What do you guys think? Thanks.

 

definitely change the loom,might as well have it made for wasted spark while they are building it.mines made to run wasted and standard coil if I need to revert back.

I do but I've not driven the car since fitting it so can't comment on it,some people have problems with it but the majority of users praise it

 

It is an excellent system. No misfires at all since since I fitted mine years ago.
