which 2wd HP oil pump?
which oil pump are people using? been told Graham Goode one are no good, mixed reports about Burtonpower pumps, cosworth pumps went through that phase of cracking the casings so as far as i can see there's no obvious choice?
what are the engine builders using these days?

is there any issues with the "non genuine" rwd pumps at all?
i bought a hp t25 pump frĺm ds motorsport, goin to mount the lid from my existing pump, saved me about Ł50 from their rwd pump and more than Ł100 from the genuine cosworth pump.
but its not tested yet so cant give you any experience on it, the yb is just a pinto from the beginning and they seem to work fine on them so cant really understand why i would waste my money on a logo?

20K+ Super Poster.
There have been issues with some 2wd pumps also.
I use a std(2wd) pump, there is no need for all this HP on 99% of yb's, even the 8500rpm race engines that are warranted by the place where I get my pump are std pressure.
All of the pumps are stripped own and measured every which way they can be, resulting in up to 50% reject rate, but also every pump they supply is also up to the job that way.
The owner/supplier built his first engine at age 14, 54 years ago, which went on to win it's class.
