Default Help fusebox problem not solved

Hi ford fans,
My previous thread about the problem of my fuse nr.22 witch is still blowing when I turn the ignition on my car is still not resolved.(Car is a Ford sierra 4x4 Cosworth )
I've checked several things and removed as well the graphic display and the module also the cock pitt ect , etc. But no result. I have no explanation for this one and who can maybe solve this problem.

1 thing when i had removed the display module and replassed a new fuse it was oke for a littele while so when I got the car several times to contact the fuse didnt burned, but one day later when I got the car on contact it burnd immediately,
I have no idea!!!!!
Help please cheers Bart

Re-Fuse No 22 blowing as an Auto Elect for 50 years [ now retired ] this sort of problem is hard to comment on hear, the Fuse as i remember was for instruments..... all i can say is pull fuse out, turn on and make a note of all items that need this fuse. This could help re-running without some of these items disconected. One other thing....with the fuse out...are the reverse lights working...if not do check under Car, at rear Gearbox loom had a habit of dropping off Reverse switch and fouling the exhaust.... but i cant remember re-fuse 22?. Sorry i cant help any more. Pete OAP

Hi,

I resolved this on your last thread with the "Graphic Display" however if it's doing it again it may be worth looking at the ECU's, there is one behind the passenger kick trim this is the "Bulb Outage module" there is another one behind the drivers kick trim which is the control module, both have plugs so you can simply disconnect to test.
