Re-Fuse No 22 blowing as an Auto Elect for 50 years [ now retired ] this sort of problem is hard to comment on hear, the Fuse as i remember was for instruments..... all i can say is pull fuse out, turn on and make a note of all items that need this fuse. This could help re-running without some of these items disconected. One other thing....with the fuse out...are the reverse lights working...if not do check under Car, at rear Gearbox loom had a habit of dropping off Reverse switch and fouling the exhaust.... but i cant remember re-fuse 22?.
