well after all the crap of the last 4 weeks ripping out the alarms and looms and checking and re checking sensors,gaps fu fu valves and flaps......it turns out it was the FOOKIN ECU.....anyway james at motorsport developments is gona take a look and work his magic...cheers to you all for the comments and help
