the factory alarm cuts spark only, that would be top of my list to check, its at the drivers side dash-kick panel area, there is an imobilisation circuit that runs across the bulkhead,to the engine loom plug behind the battery...

Check that all four lugs are intact on the crank pulley, especially as you have just changed the cam belt, also at TDC is rotor arm facing 2 o clock?

That's exactly what happen to mine mate and it was the bottom pulley, even thought it looked fine.
Might be worth changing it even if the lugs look ok.

Just re read your post it seems you have suspected and changed everything bar the coil itself, do you even know the coil is working?

Also does the fuel pump prime?

You say power to it (This will be 12V+), but is it giving a healthy spark out of the king lead? Does the fuel pump prime?

Now it's starting to make sense, do you have another coil you could try?

If the pump primes I would assume the fuel delivery to be ok, unless the injectors are not opening.

yes martin i put the standard one back on to try it,but i dont think the injectors are spraying mate and no spark...the only spark i get is when i turn the key to pos 2 but not crank the engine....it looks like cps is not picking up so i put a voltemeter on that and its picking up fine so looks like its on the loom back on the bulkhead!!! or the ecu is fooked mate
dont really know what else to do

Oh fair enough, the fuel pump primes so should think CPS is ok, I know you say it fired up ok after the belt change, but have you checked all the timing is ok (Given it shouldn't have changed)

It's info is used to generate a spark, as for the injectors I think they use various info to determine there respective pulse widths, one being the MAP I should imagine. It is the phase sensor that is used for sequential fuel injection, hence why when this gives incorrect info over fueling results.

Is the rotor arm in the correct position in relation to timing?
