For the fuse to pop most likely to be a short, I guess it blows when indicating unless you have a short before the switch which is unlikely, if you can trace it down to which side it is blowing on then it will be a short after the switch to that sides indicators/repeaters.

Could be something as simple as water in alight housing/bulb holder.
Excess current is why it pops anyway, ie too much load, resistance test should help track it down quick after taking all 4 indicator bulbs out, and the square wing ones.

That is strange seen as the indicator circuit has no power with ignition of, i wonder if it is something strange to do with an alarm etc.

They are both on the same circuit, hence no power without ignition, so you won't have reverse lights either with blown fuse and it would not explain why it blows overnight, do you reverse into the garage? If so it might be blowing in reverse but then you do not realize to morning and think it has blown overnight.

I had this problem, checked everything and then I gave the wiring loom down by the reverse light switch on the gearbox a tug and made it rest in a different position and its never done it since!

Most likely it was shorting on the gearbox, something which can only happen when the ignition is on as it has no power without this. I suspect it is when the car is reversed rather then it blowing overnight.

As the alarm is linked to the turn signals it may be blowing when you operate alarm ?

So it was not anything to do with reversing lights?
