Just note which way the dizzy rotates and whether it is the first or second lobe that is lined up at the correct time, then note rotation of cam and do the same.

I've got no spark ruled out the CPS so it gotta be the WRC Cam Phase Sensor.
I want to make sure it timed up right how do I do it?
I've haven't got the old dizzy to go off so I need to know where the lobes need to be in relation to the rest of the engine timing.
Cheers Rich

I cant help much as mine is all in bits
But just looked at the inlet cam and one leg of the trigger is kind of lined up with the no1 cylinder lobes, and the other with no3 cyl lobes.

That looks more like mine.
I think the easiest thing to do is get/borrow another dizzy. Set the timing up correctly and get it running - then switch back to the cam phase sensor swapping the 2 wires around too.
How do you know the CPS is ok if it's not been running?

Hi,
I have this trigger and inlet cam machined. How I can set the right position of trigger?
I read there that first teeth is at 45°ATDC and second is 135° ATDC But how achieve this? Thanks a lot for any help.
