Question How much is a 3dr cosworth very rusty worth with a brand new coswoth shell

I know for a cosworth 3dr with very roten body. But it comes with a brand new cosworth shell in primer. Thinking of buying how much is it worth?
Any help would be great.

about5k with the new shell you will need a few bits cut out of the old shell to make it right

Is the new shell brand new never been on the road ever?? if it has don't put the floor number into that one.

sounds a bit expensive in this climate....depends on spec of car......history etc

Not sure on the spec got to ring him today will find out. Think its just a standerd 205 2wd engine.

well if it is i would buy a better spec built car,Ł2000+ to paint shell plus all the work to change it all over,have seen some nice cars for sale for less..........it will end up owing you Ł10,000 plus and be standard.......

im with you on this one mate ,the car will definatley stand you ten plus and then when you come to sell it ,its a reshelled cosworth worth 5 to 6
especially if its standard.7k is to much imho

you could get one on the road for less the 7k look at the e plate paul north yorks just sold for 6.5k theyre is some bargins around.

i would say no more than 5k. After the hours labour you put into building it and the costs involved, i wouldnt bother.

I personally think built up cars are always lashed up too. You can never get them like ford made them IMO.
