Saph Brakes
Right my pedal sits half way down and is rock hard. They work but you have to push hard. When you turn the ignition on you can hear the pump. Whats the correct procedure for bleeding the brakes aswell and ive had the pedal box out so not sure if i put it back right, the rod that goes through the brake pedal, does the clip go infront or behind the pedal???

the clip goes in front of the pedal (closest to u and not behind) and when the rod comes through, this should have a white round hard plastic spacer, approx 1/4 inch.
to bleed the brakes up i think u need the ignition on, and start furthest away from the servo (nsr, osr, nsf, osf)
hope this helps

Thats the workshop manual page, at the mo, my pedal is going straight onto the collar which holds the spring.

ignition on for the rear curciut, just press the pedal and the pump will pump the fluid to the rear
the fronts are done as normal, no ignition
cheating and bleeding with an e-z-bleed kit sometimes causes the most horendous problems as some will atest to, so do it the way it's supposed to be done to avoid these mishaps

They fit masses of fords so will still be able to get one from some ford car, if not cossie, they use a different colour on some assume it must be the thickness, it's just there to act as a pivot point where the rod from the servo/pump passes through the pedal, it sits in the cup shape on the rear of the brake pedal that has the hole for the rod through the centre, maybe scrappies or even make one out of aluminum or delrin easy enough.
