You'd do it using s/h bits, main thing is larger turbo ie T34/55 or 63 would be ideal, blues or greys, chip to suit, plus map sensor, would need fuelling/boost check.

standard pistons etc are fine mate you will need at least a t34 turbo a good 500 style cooler injectors,044 fuel pump and a remap also good idea to check and upgrade brakes etc at this power level and cooling system if you intend to use the car in anger silicone hoses ali rad turbo cooler ali header tank all good upgrades and help to keep things reliable also worth running a low temp thermostat and upgrading fan wiring and possible fuel pump wiring aswell as tabs said trawl the classifieds on here as there is alot available seconhand good luck!!

Sell your turbo and injectors and buy a set of greys (Ł150 ish)get a t34.63(Ł400 ish)you should already be on a 3 bar map a 500 cooler(150-Ł200)check fuel pump wiring and get it live mapped on one of our chips(Ł200) apart from the live map all these prices are second hand so yes it is possible to achieve 380 hp for a grand..
Also good advice on some samco hoses and an uprated alloy rad but as you can get around the Ł250 mark back for your turbo and injectors i reckon you could do it..

cheers danny
