10K+ Poster!!
Get a price of Karl, thats who I'd use, but then I have never used anyone else
If Karl stopped doing engines/mapping, I'd be straight up Blackpool for the weekend

A CM Tuning engine and an MSD "LIVE" map and you would be sorted.

As you are north of the border why not go to Engine Services? They are based in Rosewell in Midlothian near Edinburgh.
I've always taken my engines there to get machining work done and then build them myself. They are a bunch of old timers who are a fountain of knowledge and very willing to spend time with you and go through everything as you so desire and give you pointers. They also build and dyno test engines if you want, supply parts, balance, lighten, port/flow test heads etc etc.
They build engines for rally and stock cars and are reasonably priced with a quick turn around if you are building yourself.
Hope that gives you another, somewhat closer option.
Rgds,
Pete.
