Default Slight Problem With Cossie

Right my 4x4 cossie seems to have a slight splutter/holding back when flooring it in 1st gear

sometimes its ok sometimes its not , its fine in all the other gears

im gonna change the plugs on it tomorrow anyone know what plugs are best its stage 1


also the rev meter is always jumpin about, never stays where its suppose to

any ideas

all feedback shall be appreciated

I use PP8'S in the 3 door and 4x4 !!

It's odd that it's only in 1st gear, but I guess then it's load related. Maybe it's present in other gears, but only noticeable in 1st?? Just some thoughts

right gonna change the plugs dizzy cap, rotor arm

change the oil, oil filter etc

basically give her a service and take it from there

Get a check on the alternator just to eleminate it if everything else fails

Auto electrics by me check them for nowt and only takes 2 min

worth a try just try your local guy
