Default ford tdci 130

i have a mondeo tdi 130 brake i have had new injectors fitted and high pressure pump but still when i start it is very smokie for about 5mins then it seems fine but you have no power at the pedal for about 2 of these mins can any one help as i have been at this for 5 weeks now and i have spent over 2500 pounds on this

Did you reprogameted the injectors ?

What colour is the smoke ?

it is white smoke and the guy said he has reprogramed the injectors

check eventual default code to a ford dealer or a specialist but it looks like if the diesel burn not completely like if the injection is retarded

Sounds like they're not programmed correctly. Take it back.

It's difficult to programme them correctly. I had mine done actually at Delphi, and they had to do it several times before it 'stuck'.

i had high presure fuel pump of the car and some one has tryed to start it when i was not there and it has snaped the timing chain does anyone know if this has done any damage to the engine or will i need a new one

the garage that made the work didn't garanty its job
when we replace the high pressure fuel pump we must acceed at the timing chain
but it's not common that the chain broke on the mondeo engine it's more current on transit 2.2 tdci

Theres a guy on youtube that had a similar problem and it was his cylinder head sensor.
