Default Mondeo si 4x4, do they exist?

Ok i know this guy who has a mondeo for sale. its not the st24 he claims it is a Mondeo si 4x4 limited edition, which has an si bodykit and only 1 out of 2000 or so made. is proper ropey and im not buying it but this guy normally chats shi*t (he has an escort cosworth REPLICA! AS WELL LOL!

So is he talking out of his arse as usual or do these actually exit??

yes there are 4x4 mondeo's mk1's they are, i'm pretty sure they are an si.

its simple to tell if it is a 4x4 though, just look under the rear of the car to see if theres a set of driveshafts

they exist looked at buying a red 4x4 si a few years ago

They did an SI and a Ghia 4x4 all 2.0 litre and all mk1 they dropped it so they could use the floor pan to build the x type jag which is 4x4

i like the sound of them but think the 130bhp - transmission losses for a 4x4 system will make it very lame?
