Mk2 Focus ST Version 1,2,3

I'm interested in buying a Mk2 Focus ST.. What is the difference between the ST 1, 2, 3 Versions? and which one is the best?

The 3 is the best, but only has 4 seats. If you want 5 seats, the 2 is the best but will only have cloth interior & not leather.

ST1 - basic. Standard headlight not zenons, single disk cd, & no ESP.
ST2 - mid. Zenons, Esp, cloth recaro seats.
ST3 - top. Black leather recaro's with sculpted rears & Sony 6 disk CD.
ST500 - As ST3 but with red leather & silver stripes.
