Default turbo options

This has prob been coverd alot. But my phones crashing when trying to search. Anyway

Am buildig a zetec turbo engine using some focus rs parts. I have a tubular manifold for the frs an struggling to find a gd standerd turbo but what power levels/psi of boost can theese handle in standerd form without worrying its gna go bang everytime me foots down as this is what am building car for.

Also what can standerd injectors flow safely an the fuel pump?

My car made 320 at 23psi running direct on standard turbo so it's doable ideally tho get a Johnfrs hybrid 500 exchange capable of 400+ still based on a gt25 too

It's when you disconnect the boost solinoid and have a pipe direct from the compressor housing to the actuator.
