Default Help!!! mk1 focus rs using oil!!!

Right guys i was wondering if any1 could shed any light on this issue a friend has with his focus rs!!!!

Its using oil, and quite a lot, we are talking a full dip stick from max to min in 80 miles!!!

The engine was rebuilt about 30,000 miles ago after a spark plug tip dropped off taking 2 valves with it damaging the bore!!!!

The engine was rebuilt by scc, since the rebuilt the car has used oil, now the car has been back on a number of occasions to scc to try and find the issue,

it ont seam to be burning oil cause theirs not the usual blue smoke on start up or hard on boost/over run!!!

its had a leak down test done, to which it passed with flying colours and a compression test all coming back fine!!!

last week the car was taken back to scc for more test to which they found the turbo to be a wee bit worse for wear

looks like the tip of the spark plug excited through here

now at great expense the turbo was rebuilt with the claim this would solve all issues!!!

well turns out its done fook all to the oil issues, although the car now boosts lie it should lol

so whats next any1 got any ideas what to check now????

the spec pf the car is......
cp low comp pistons,
gt28 turbo
intercooler
standard oil breather

any help would be great cheers jay

black/grey could be fuel/oil if the cars running RICH,

have you noticed if the oil consumption is worse if you drive it hard?
