Improvment over the stock manifold? Anything is an improvement over the stock manifold.

A lot of people have changed manifolds on the focus RS and quite a few have upgraded to the PD one as its a fantastic bit of kit. Any decent tubular manifold should see a good improvement in performance with the car coming on boost earlier and faster.
