ma m8 got 1 on his 360 bhp rs and says its the business,another 1 i think is the ford motorsport 1 at 1300 quid!!!

 

You can't get ford motorsport manifolds anymore, but a second hand one can be had for Ł300 - Ł400 notes.

There was a group buy for the PD Manifold on the rs owners club site....reduced from Ł1400 - Ł1100....Best you can buy.

Then there is the Milltek manifold soon to be available which is having minor mods done before it goes on sale. Should be around the Ł700 figure.

 

thanks a lot guys still dont know if i will bother its got a de cat and ss exhaust and blue fin gos well how much power would the manifold give about 15 bhp or more

Well worth doing mate, get`s rid of the worst bottleneck in the FRS system and will transform the car all over again!

Definately worth doing and my Ford Motorsport one should be for sale after the weekend, which is easily the best value power out of any of the manifolds!
