Default Another boost problem

why is every 1 having problems with boost at the moment?

Any way i've got a problem with mine, car is standord and the boost keeps going crazey. one min it wont boost anything and the next min it will boost all the way up 2 15psi sometimes more which can't be good. i know my acuator is really soft but didn't think it could be wound out that much. any other ideas??

by a two port bleed vavle and replace the amal valve with that. you connect the hose cummin from the turbo compresor housing to one end of the bleed vavle then connect the pipe cummin from the actuator to the other end. you then blank the third pipe of (it goes to the metering head, lots of people think the car drives better with the metering head hose blocked.) amal valves are well dodgy and are the cause of most bost probs. hope this helps mate

Na, it wont boost to 15+ psi if its standard...it'll shut you down before then

Then either the guage is faulty and way off, or it is chipped

I think your actuator has to be replaced. Boost peaks are typical to a worn actuator.
