I have a "Ricardo" torque biasing diff for my gearbox, trouble is the driveshafts don't fit it. The splines on the shaft are too small so just move around in the diff. Diff fits in gearbox nicely etc.
Any ideas on this? Anyone had similar issues?
I obviously need to get some inner CVs to match but im not sure what inner cvs would match?

Is it sad that this rung bells?

I assume Ricardo never came back to you? I think you're probably going to have to speak to somewhere thats got catalogues of the things and can get a decent match for the output/input/length of the inner CV. Unless you know someone at a motorfactor who's willing to do a bit of research.....

Yeah the project got shelved, Ricardo don't have any records of making such a diff and they think its been made by somebody else with their logo and brand put on it.
I think the best thing to do is just get a quaife diff for it and junk the "Ricardo" off

Bit worrying...
I think the Quaife or route is probably wise. At least if you bomb any shafts/cvs, you know exactly what you need to replace rather than custom or faffing around trying to get close matches.
I say that knowing I'd completely contradict myself as I've had enough of splitting boxes so would probably go the awkward route
