Default Oil Change

Ok, how often should I change it really? It runs Mobil 1 Fully synthetic at the mo, how often do you guys change yours?

I change my oil and filter ever 3k, and plugs every 6k in my S1. I'm using Ford super S and genuine filter !!!!

every 3K i use mobil 1 motorsport semi synthetic 15/50 i think, i tried the castrol stuff but that was crap, too thin! change plugs as often as i can every 3k as well. Also change the fuel filter regular every 6k, all genunie ford parts, filters anyway!

change it as soon as it goes a dark brown colour.
for the sake of oil and all filters its advisable to change it even if it doesnt need doing.
i was detonating it was down to my fuel filter. 8.49 job done

Yep, never changed my fuel filter, should do tho might help the problem of mine running outta fuel on just under 1/4 tank

where is the fuel filter i also run an inline oil filter aswell in front of turbo just in case had bad expieriences with oil contamination!!

Fuel filter is located (if facing towards the engine bay on the far right hand side near the metering head you will see where the fuel lines are connected it is near there should have red fuel lines going to either end of it. Dont cost much to change, worth doing

My resd rs also seems to run out of fuel just under a quarter of a tank why is this????????????????????????

at least every 5k km. Filter at the same time. new belt every 8000. Its such a cheap insurance to avoid engine seige...
