Are you staying mfi or going efi, that's the question?

If efi I would go full zetec turbo as much easier and better, but if staying mfi then yes Zvh

Try corner garage in Wokingham for the Zvh conversion, he can set it up after too, last time I was there he had a Zvh sat under his desk lol

if changing the engine its pointless staying mfi, but if your on a buget my mate mikey could sort you out chipped ecu, nice head with kent cvh37 camkit, boost hoses ect and help you build up a engine and fit it

then you will just need a set up and intercooler... it wouldnt cost too much that way, but to be honest if you have a standard car i would just do the following

bailey breather system
chipped ecu
new -31 actuator
front mount intercooler
full service
mikes cam and head

and you should be 185/190bhp which will fly compaired to a standard car...

im in easthampstead next too the sports centre if you want to pop round one day next week

i got a fiesta rs turbo with a zetec turbo with gotech management im building at the min, as family life has taken over.... so no cossies for me anymore lol

for a cheaper way of getting efi i would try and buy a fiesta rs turbo complete that runs but rotten ? could proberly get one for a grand and dont for get you have Ł400+ worth of bits on your car to sell off first....

that way you will have full efi everything to just drop in and a car full of spares to sell off after you nick what you need?

You will need to make up a small sub loom with some relays in your car then it's pretty easy

Keep the diesel box and get a ka 1.3 box and fit the LSD from you old one and the internals from your ka box all into the diesel box

You need to speak to my mate dubs44 on here about wiring it up for you, it will be cheaper than anyone else
