If its coming out of the other 3, sounds like the metering unit is dead

Does it spark on all four cyclinders

yes spark is on all four. infact the engine runs on 3 but very lumpy.

i was thinking that the metering head has gone so i changed it with another one, second hand and doing the same.no fuel coming out from no 4

then i must be unlucky on both of the metering uinits head.

How did you check the line for blockage?

to check the lines i would just connect it too one of the other metering unit outlets and see if fuel comes through

or remove it and turn on ignition and see if fuel comes out the metering unit on that outlet with the injector hose removed

disconnect the pipe from the metering head and the injector and just blow through?

As it's a K-Jetronic (the K stands for kontinuierlich = continuous) all injectors will get the same amount of fuel at the same time. So you can connect the injector pipes to any ports of the metering head, it would make no difference. To make sure it's not the head itself just disconnect the not working pipe/injector and connect it to a different port.

Default fuel problem

removed the pipes from the metering head and when gave safe starter only from 3 came out fuel.so the problem is from the metering head.
