Hi Nick, if it fits an RST manifold (think the T25 flange is smaller) then yes you can use it and yes you will make more power!
You will need a custom down pipe (Cossie one butchered to fit RST exhuast back section), a chipped ECU, a bigger intercooler, an uprated clutch and then a tune up.

small cossy t25 will fit has a t3 flange ,it's a nice size unit on a 1600cc ,you need a cossy down pipe ,i think the compwheel is 43mm around that on the inducer ,i up grade hem to a 46mm pulsar wheel which is the same size as 4x4 cossy wheel ,you need a 360 bearing if you going over 14 psi

Out of interest, how does the T25 make more power than the standard T3 turbo, which is larger?

IIRC The Cossie T25 has both a larger turbine and compressor vs the RST T3, I think it's some where between a Stage 2 and 3 T3, Wilky mentions above about fitting a larger compressor wheel this would make it more like a Stage 3 T3... I think! lol

standard comp wheel is 40.5mm inducer and 60mm exducer [t3]
cossy t25 is 42.5mm inducer and 60mm exducer

also its has a smaller hub and tip lenght on the front will be longer
and grab more air [t25] spool quickeras well as turbine is lighter ect

2wd compwheel is 44.5mm inducer i'll have to check the lenght of the front blades
and compare to the cossy t25
