Default S2 running problem

It holds back around 4k revs when driving

Things I've changed
oil pump
water pump
Fuel filter
Spark plugs
Oil
Ht leads
Rotor arm
Dizzy cap
Coil
Boost hoses
Radiator
Did change actuator to -31 but boost came on late

Checked for air leaks

I'm still new to s2/ turbo cars

Is this normal

Either its not chipped or its doing what mine used to and retarding itself. Mine turned out to be a dodgy ecu so I used a s1 ecu that gets rid of the knock sensor that was the problem with mine anyway. I'd take it to a reputable tuner and get it set up. The one I used found my fault streight away. Hope this helps a little. Nick.

I take it you have a boost gauge?

As suggested, take it to a tuner and let them set it up properly!

Does it feel as though the boost is been cut or it just not boosting if your running a 31 actuator and its not chipped I'd say that's a problem to start. Try the standard actuator mate if your not chipping it.

I may be wrong but it seems to me like he went back to a standard actuator as the -31 made it laggy?

Mine S2 has a -31, no chip (as I know ), boost 0,7 bar and everything works fine..
Have you tried different adjustments with the actuator rod?
