More boost is the usual method, cam choice will also help but there are plenty of other ways.

More boost basically. The standard exhaust cam is very torquey, just up the boost a touch, will gain torque/power everywhere

Reckon on that engine and turbo you can run more boost like Jim says but you will be caning your injectors as beiges won't like fuelling for a lot more than they are doing now with that power think their limit is 200-220bhp ish. Depends what you read others reckon 200 is the limit some have claimed 230bhp on beiges. Not sure what the next step in terms of injectors would be though but I would think they would be your limiting factor.

I don't know the limit of your injectors but I ran a standard engine at 21psi and gave 220bhp at 6000 rpm

With a ported head and a cam and a exhaust housing change to a .48 I picked up 30bhp giving 252 at 6000rpm at 21psi

With a change of cam, a custom inlet manifold, rods and pistons and slight more port work I picked up another 50bhp giving 303bhp at 26psi

Depends how far you want to go, but the bottom end you have is bullet proof, see what your chip/injectors will do and get a bit more boost into it if it will allow

To see 250 through a standard head and cam would need alot of boost, 25 infact, weve done it. You could run 24/25 in the mid range and tail it slightly to give 255/260lbft torque and 240bhp

A cam will free it up alot to start, if your looking at 250, but the head needs to be sorted after that as there is alot of poor angles in there.

I ran standard rods upto 252bhp so was trying to make the engine as efficient as possible to keep the boost down to help the rods. Hence finding what did what exactly

Lol, yes, if yours is steel rods and forged pistons then you are sorted!

Do not get a big valve head and you don't want a massive port head just a slight clean up of sharp angles and opening slightly.

Or, if your interested my bro has a brand new built 260bhp cvh on pectel t2 management all done by scs that's for sale

I always have nick waples do my heads. But any head ported would do a good enough job on one of these, it's only a small amount of work you need doing.
