Hi peeps don't know if any 1 can held just got my stage 2 upgrade turbo from Cr turbo put it back on my car now it's like there ain't a turbo on it any suggestions some 1 said it might be the bar on the actuator not set properlly but I'm not to sure about actuators any help appreciated

 

Are all the hoses fitted with the clips tight?

Yeah mate was supplied with the turbo

 

you need to check the preload on the actuator rod mate.
should have about 3 or 4mm pre load,half moon on the hole.
do you have a boost gauge??

 

what do you mean by 3 or 4 mm pre load do you mean 3 or 4 mm of thread should be visable of the thread on the bar and no i dont have a boost gauge at the min and what do you mean about half moon on the hole

 

where the actuator rod goes onto the wastegate bar,
you need to set the length of the actuator rod so that the hole at the end of it sits halfway across the actuator bar,so the hole is like a half moon.
you should have to stretch the rod to fit it onto the wastegate by about 4 mm.
make sense????
